Tax Implications of Annexing to Happy Valley There are some of you out there who are considering annexing into Happy Valley. You might be wondering how annexing would affect your property taxes. Click here to view a list of actual properties in the area and what the increase in property taxes would be should they be annexed into Happy Valley. We have also included a copy of the application for annexation into Happy Valley.
Preliminary Rock Creek Sanitary Sewer Plan Map
Click here for the preliminary plan for sewer in the East Happy Valley area. The Rock Creek Interceptor will be completed by Summer 2007 from Highway 212 to Sunnyside Rd.
Happy Valley Boundary Map is Here! The long awaited boundary line between Damascus and Happy Valley has come into focus. An "Urban Planning and Settlement Agreement" and boundary map depicting the boundary were presented and accepted by both city councils at their respective first council meetings in February. Viewing the map, one will see a blue line that depicts the boundary. Both cities agreed to not annex beyond the line and to not object to or challenge annexation of territory on the other side of the line.
